Now, more than ever, recycling needs to identify a plausible near-term agenda in order to focus its energy and resources and move forward towards completing the job. It is not the right time to expand the agenda. WebWe shouldn't stop recycling in areas which are currently inefficient either; recycling is a "sunrise industry", one which is fairly recent, a new market, where innovation can be found from the R&D which will quite possibly come from our subsidy and use of these yet-to-be efficient facilities.
