WebHonestly what I did to fix it was I went into my Nividia control panel and limited my FPS to 59 and it fixed the stuttering problem. Go to settings in FiveM main menu and enable NUI in-process GPU. Try Vsync, try frame rate cap, other than that it could just be the servers, most are horribly optimized.
